Processing 1: messages sent via the chat

Data

The prompt text and the conversation history sent with the request.

Purpose

To generate a response from the SparksLyse assistant in reply to the user's request.

Legal basis

User consent given when voluntarily entering and sending a prompt.

Recipients

The site publisher and the operator of the API hosted on marvideo.fr (hosted in France via Infomaniak).

Retention

The interface does not retain history after reloading and does not provide for persistent storage. No data is stored in the API logs or systems.

Transfer outside the EU

The API is hosted in France.

Do not enter sensitive data, secrets, passwords, or information regarding third parties in the chat.

Processing 2: training status request

Data

No data is logged by the server during the request to marvideo.fr.

Purpose

To display the training status shown on the dedicated page as a PNG image.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest related to the site's operation and security, subject to confirmation.

Fonts and external resources

The site loads certain fonts from fonts.gstatic.com. These requests may transmit technical data, such as your IP address, to these providers.
